Pivot Pro subscriptions are billed and managed by the app store you purchased through, not by us directly.
From there you can view, change, or cancel your subscription, or restore a purchase made on a previous device signed into the same store account.
Pivot doesn't use accounts. Your routines, actions, and history are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app deletes that local data. If you'd like any server-side records tied to your device removed, email us and we'll take care of it.
Email support@pivot.hao-han.com with a short description of what happened (and a screenshot if you have one). Let us know your device type and app version if the issue is a crash or visual bug.
