Pivot is a routine-building app. By using Pivot you agree to these terms.
Pivot lets you create and track daily routines on your device. An optional paid subscription ("Pivot Pro") unlocks AI-assisted routine generation and refinement.
Pivot Pro is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your store account settings; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
AI features are subject to reasonable usage limits per billing period. Automated, abusive, or fraudulent use of the service may result in access being suspended.
Routines the AI generates are suggestions, not medical, psychological, or professional advice. You are responsible for judging whether a routine is safe and appropriate for you.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
