Privacy Policy

Pivot is designed to work without an account and to collect as little data as possible.

What we collect

• Anonymous device identifier. The app generates a random identifier on your device. It is not linked to your name, email, or store account, and we use it only to check subscription status and apply AI usage limits.
• Purchase status. Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and validated by RevenueCat, our subscription-management provider. We store only whether a device has an active subscription — never payment details.
• AI prompts. When you use AI features, the text you enter is sent to our server and processed by Google's Gemini API to generate your routine. Prompts are not used to build a profile of you and are not sold.

What we don't collect

No accounts, no names, no email addresses, no advertising identifiers, no location data. Your routines and progress are stored locally on your device, not on our servers.

Third parties

We share data only with the processors named above (Google Play / Apple, RevenueCat, Google Gemini) and only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell personal data.

Retention & deletion

Subscription records are kept while relevant for providing the service. Uninstalling the app deletes your local data and disconnects the device identifier from future use. To request deletion of server-side records, email us with your request.

Children

Pivot is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; changes appear on this page with a new "last updated" date.
